03-17-1941 (City Council) Minutes March 17- 1941 The city concil of the city of Wylie"Tex" met in regular session in the city hall with all members present Except J. A. Benton, Alderman. The minutes of last meeting was read and approved We had as a visitor with us Mr Crockett, from McKinney, In the Interest of the Collin Conty health department. He discussed health and sanitary conditions. Also some remarks on the fighting of mosquitoes this spring and summer also some remarks on State and National affairs pertaining to National defense work. After an hour discussing street conditions the chicken law in the city, and the hauling of some gravel. The Mayor ordered the bills read.
