1. Consider and Act Upon Accepting the proposed Ad Valorem Tax Rate and Calculation of an Effective
Tax Rate for Fiscal Year 2001-2002.
Councilman Scott made a motion to accept the proposed Ad Valorem Tax Rate and Calculation of an Effective
Tax Rate for Fiscal Year 2001-2002 of$0.72 per$100 and to set the Public Hearing for August 28, 2001 at 7:00
p.m. at the Wylie Municipal Complex, 2000 State Highway 78 North, Wylie, Texas, in order to receive pubic
comment regarding the proposed tax rate. Councilman Worley seconded the motion. A vote was taken and the
