The Town Council of the Town of Wylie met in special session April 14th at City hall Mayor Baskette
presiding and all officers present.
The talley sheet of election of April 6th was submitted and examined by J.W. Arris,J.A. Wilson &J.B.
Baskette and the result was declared as follows;
For marshal A. Brown
For Clerk L. Neilon
For Alderman G.C. Walters, G.A. Hammette and C.J. Gallagher
The oath of office was administered to L. Neilon. A. Brown, C.J. Gallagher&J.A. Hammette by L.A.
Powell sect, G.C. Walters not being present.
Account of 10.00 was allowed to W.H. Rucker for holding election on Apr 6th
