The Town Council of the Town of Wylie met in regular session at City Hall meeting was called to order by
Mayor Baskette.
Oath of office was administered to the following officers:
J.B. Baskette Mayor
W.T. Duncan City Attorney
L.L. Gant Ald.
J.A. Hammette Ald.
Ira Beallask Ald.
Appointment of officers by Mayor Baskette were as follows.
J.A. Hammett(Mayor Protem)
C J. Gallagher (Treasurer)
Ira Bealask St. Committee
L.L. Gant St. Committee
C.J. Gallagher St. Committee
G.C. Walters Finance Committee
J.A. Hammett Finance Committee
On motion and second
A vote of thanks was tendered to J.A. Wilson retiring Alderman for good service rendered while
in office.
Marshal A. Brown was instructed to have circulars made notifying the voters of Wylie that the Sch Tax
would be paid before the first of May for the sum of three dollars.
No other business the meeting closed.
