CALL TO ORDER
Announce the presence o a uorum
President Fuller called the meeting to order at 6:35 a.m. Board Members present were: John
Yeager, Todd Wintters, Mitch Herzog, and Chris Seely.
WEDC staff present was Executive Director Sam Satterwhite and Administrative Assistant
Gerry Harris.
Ex-Officio Board Member Eric Hogue was present. Assistant City Manager Jeff Butters was
also present.

There being no citizen participation, Presi ent Fuller proceeded to Action items.
ACTIO ITEMS
There being no Action Items, President Fuller proceeded to Executive Session,
EXECUTIVE SESSIO
The WEDC .oard of Directors convened i to Executive Session at 6:36 a.m.
I. Consider issues surrounding the purchase of sroperty located near the intersection of State
Highway 78 and FM 544 as authorized in Section 551.072 (Real Property) of the Local
Govern ent Code, Vernon's Texas Code Annotated (Open Meetings Act).
II. Consider issH es surrounding Project Orange as authorized i Section 551.087 (Economic
Development 'egotiations) of the Local Government Code, Vernon's Texas Code
Annotated (Open Meetings Act).
President Marvin Fuller departed the meeting at 7:47 a.m.

The WEDC Board of irectors reconvened into open session at 7:51 a.m. No action was taken
as a result of discussion held in Executive Session.
