01-07-1914 (City Council) Minutes Wylie, Tex Jan 7th
The Town Council of the Town of Wylie met in regular seccion at 1st State Bank.
After the roll call of officers the meeting of previous meeting were read and approved.
Moved & seckend that appoint J. I. Blalock as mayor to fill unexpired term of Clem J.
Gallagher.
Moved & seckend that appoint J. B. Baskett as Alderman to fill unexpired term of J. I.
Blalock.
Moved & seckend that mayor instruct Marshal to notify The Telephone Co. to clean up
wire & poles around Blalock property.
The following acct were allowed
J. L. Myer, night watch 10.00
A. G. McAdams Co. 13.95
No other business the meeting closed.
