Council of Wylie met in regular session. Members present J. C. Spurgin, Clem Gallagher,
A. E. Douglas, J. R. Bowman, H. P. Howery, Albt Davis. G. P. Maynard & Fred Duncan
being absent. Minutes of last meeting read & approved.
Clerk instructed to write Health Dept& ask him to appoint a health officer for us. The
Committee was instructed to see about the building of walks & crossings.
Bills to Wat Jones, 1.75, W. T. McDonald, 1.00, Wylie Rustler, 4.50, Wylie Lbr. Co.,
34.60, ordered paid.
H. M. Minnis's bill for walks ordered paid.
J. T. Grove's resigned as Mayor and Town accepted same. Officers salaries were ordered
paid.
