The Town Council of the Town of Wylie met in call seccion at the First State Bank.
The purpose of which was to place our town under quarantine against the contagious &
infectious disease Miningitis.
After the question being thoroughly discussed an motion with sickend came before the
House that they pass resolution and an ordinance against said desease, the motion lost.
No other business, the meeting closed.
