CALL TO ORDER
Announce the presence of a Quorum.
Board member Ken Qualls called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m. with the following
board members present: Lieutenant Mike Atkison, Heather Screws, Carter Porter and
Shelia Patton.
INVOCATION & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Board member Ken Qualls gave the invocation and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Approval of minutes from last meeting, March 20, 2007.
A motion was made by Carter Porter, seconded by Heather Screws to accept the
minutes from the March 20, 2007 Wylie Animal Shelter Advisory Board. Motion passed.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business before the board, consensus of the board was to adjourn at
6:15 p.m.
