CALL TO ORDER
Announce the presence of a Quorum.
Mike Atkison called to order at 7:04 pm. Board members present included: Lt. Mike Atkison,
Carter Porter, Beverly Woodall and Dr. Chuck Kerin.
INVOCATION & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mike Atkison.
BUSINESS ITEMS
A. Consider and act upon approval of the Animal Advisory Board minutes of March 4,
2008.
Board Action
A motion was made by Carter Porter to accept December 9, 2009 Animal Shelter Advisory
Board minutes of December 9, 2009 as presented. Dr. Chuck Kerin seconded to accept
minutes. A vote was taken and the motion passed unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business before the board, consensus of the board was to adjourn at 7:09 pm.
