KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT THAT Paul P. Taylor and Lavern
C. Taylor , hereafter termed GRANTOR, whether one or several ,
of the County of Collin,

and other good and valuable consideration to GRANTOR in hand
paid by the City of Wylie, the receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged and confessed , have GRANTED and
CONVEYED, and do by these presents GRANT and CONVEY unto the
City of Wylie the following described tract or parcel of
land situated in Collin County, Texas, for use as a
temporary utility easement upon/or in which a sanitary sewer
may be constructed and being more particulary described as
follows:
BEING a 20-foot wide temporary easement in the 22. 44 acre
tract conveyed to Paul P. Taylor and LaVerne C. Taylor
situated in the Moses Sparks Survey, Abstract No. 849 of
Collin County, Texas as recorded in Volume 645, page 470 of
the Deed Records of Collin County, Texas, and being more
particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of the said 22. 44 acre
tract of land and said point being an iron rod which is also
the Northwest corner of a 10. 95 acre tract of land of J. L.
Brand;
THENCE South 13 degrees and 22 minutes West a distance of
868. 70 feet to and iron rod in a fence line;
THENCE South 0 degrees and 10 minutes West a distance of
369. 60 feet to an iron rod in a fence line which is the
Southeast corner of the said 22. 44 acre tract and also the
Southeast corner of the J.L. Branch adjoining tract , and in
the North line of a 37. 03 tract owned by B. C. Wood;
THENCE North 89 degrees and 50 minutes West a distance of
20. 00 feet to an iron rod in the South line of the 22. 44
acre tract which is also in the North line of the B. C. Wood
37. 03 acre tract;
THENCE North 0 degrees and 10 minutes East a distance of
362. 78 feet to a point for a corner;
THENCE North 37 degrees and 28 minutes West a distance of
70. 65 feet to a point for a corner;
THENCE North 13 degrees and 22 minutes East a distance of
873. 43 feet to a point for a corner in the North line of the
22. 44 acre tract;
THENCE North 89 degrees and 57 minutes East a distance of
20. 56 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0. 595
acres of land more or less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described easement , together
with all and singular the rights and hereditaments thereunto
in anywise belonging unto the said City of Wylie, its
successors and assigns for a period of years or
until the temporary force main is removed; and GRANTOR
hereby binds himself , his successors, assigns, and
administrators to warrant and defend the rights and title to
said easements unto the said City of Wylie against every
person whomsoever lawfully claming or to claim the same or
any part thereof .
