Attached are two alternative methods for a $1. 5 million bond
issue.
Alternative 1 consists of three $500, 000 segments ( 1A, 1B, and
1C) and has a multi-utility project orientation.
Alternative 2 consists of three major projects totalling $1 . 5
million.

A) Upgrade Undersized Water Lines
1 . 1" water line on Brown from Keefer to
Cottonbelt. Upgrade from 1" to 6".
