RESOLUTION OF CITY PLAN $ ZONING COMMISSION IN THE PUBLIC
INTEREST ON PERMANENT ZONING FOR TRACT 7C, ABST. 267 , E. DAVIDSON
SURVEY, . 532 AC.
WHEREAS , The City Plan and Zoning Commission of the City of
Wylie held a Public Hearing after proper notices were given to
property owners upon action by the Plan & Zoning Commission to
permanently zone newly annexed Tract 7C, Abst. 267 , E. DAVIDSON
SURVEY, . 532 ac. R-1300-M (Single Family Residential) District ;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Plan Uj Zoning Commission considers that this
action is not in conflict with the City of Wylie ' s Comprehensive
Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners present or those responding in
writing at the hearing of October 26 , 1978 , have no objections
to this zoning.
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Plan & Zoning
Commission of the City of Wylie , Texas ; in conformance with
the Comprehensive Plan and in the best interest of the public
welfare of the City of Wylie , recommends to the City Council
of the City of Wylie, that Tract 7C , Abst . 267 , E. DAVIDSON
SURVEY, . 532 ac. , Application No. 77-78-8-2 , be permanently
zoned R-1300-M (Single Family Residential) District.
