RESOLUTION OF CITY PLAN $ ZONING COMMISSION IN THE PUBLIC
INTEREST ON PERMANENT ZONING FOR TRACT 4C, ABST. 23 , A.ATTERBURY
SURVEY, 3. 62 AC.
WHEREAS, The City Plan and Zoning Commission of the City of
Wylie held a Public Hearing after proper notices were given to
property owners upon action by the Plan F Zoning Commission to
permanently zone newly annexed Tract 4C, Abst. 23 , A. ATTERBURY
SURVEY, 3. 62 ac. R-1300-M (Single Family Residential) District ;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Plan & Zoning Commission considers that this
action is not in conflict with the City of Wylie ' s comprehensive
Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners present or those responding in
writing at the hearing of October 26 , 1978 , have no objections
to this zoning.
NOW, THEREFORE ; BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Plan $ Zoning
Commission of the City of Wylie , Texas ; in conformance with
the Comprehensive Plan and in the best interest of the public
welfare of the City of Wylie , recommends to the City Council
of the City of Wylie , that Tract 4C , Abst . 23 , A. ATTERBURY
SURVEY, 3. 62 ac . , Application No . 77- 78-8-4 , be permanently
zoned R-1300-M (Single Family Residential) District .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 26th day of October , 1978 .
