RESOLUTION OF CITY PLAN & ZONING COMMISSION IN THE PUBLIC
INTEREST TO APPROVE THE FINAL PLAT OF THE DOBBS ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF WYLIE, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the City Plan & Zoning Commission of The City of
Wylie , Texas have reviewed the Zoning District Map , Zoning
Ordinance & Subdivision Regulations , and find the plat to be
in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE ; BE IT RESOLVED , that the City Plan & Zoning
Commission of the City of Wylie Texas ; in conformance with
the Comprehensive Plan, and in the best interest of the public
welfare of the City of Wylie , Texas , recommends to the City
Council of the City of Wylie , Texas , that the final plat of
Dobbs Addition be approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 28th day of December , 1978 .
