PRESENTATIONS
Overview of shelter construction bids and construction costs.
Jeff Butters, Chief of Police
Bids for the shelter construction project are approximately $80,000 to $100,000 over budget and
Chief Butters asked the board to make recommendation to Council to fund the overage so as to
not cut corners on the project. Past cuts in construction projects at the shelter have proven to cost
more in the long run.
