After careful review and investigation of all bids received ,
staff along with Helmberger Associates recommends award of
the bid to Randall & Blake .
Randall & Blake submitted the low bid of $ 174 , 257 . 50 with a
60 day completion .

Re: Closure Plan, Wylie Municipal Landfill
Dear Paul ,
Helmberger Associates, Inc . hereby recommends accepting the
bid of Randall & Blake , Inc. to perform the work specified in the
Contract Documents and Construction Specifications for Closure of
the Old City of Wylie Municipal Landfill. Total contract amount
is $172 , 692 . 50 .
We recommend placing Randall & Blake, Inc. under contract as
soon as possible to lessen the chance of further rain delays.
