WORKSESSION
• Work Session presented by Julie Fort and Rebecca Brewer of
Abernathy, Roeder, Boyd and Joplin, P.C., relating to issues
regarding the Open Meetings Act, Public Information Act,
Conflicts of Interest, and Rules and Procedures for City Council
and Board Meetings.
Julie Fort and Rebecca Brewer of Abernathy, Roeder, Boyd and Joplin, P.C. were present to
conduct an Open Meetings, Public Information, Conflict of Interest and Rules and Procedures
orientation presentation for City Council and Wylie Boards and Commission Members present.
Those members attending will receive their Open Meetings Certification.
No action of the Council or any Wylie Board or Commission was taken at this meeting.
