01-11-1944 (City Council) Minutes January 11, 1944
The City Council of the City of Wylie met in a called meeting on January 11, 1944.
Those present were Mayor Pitts, Adermen Claude Housewright, R. R. Addington, Dan Willis
and C. R. Hillis.
C. R. Hillis was appointed secretary by Mayor Pitts.
Motion was made by R. R. Addington and seconded by Dan Willis to give the City Marshall
authority to kill all dogs running loose. Motion carried.
Motion made by C. G. Housewright to reimburse Pike Ross the wire expense to Austin Texas
Covering the examining of mad dog head. Motion seconded by R. R. Addington. Motion carried.
