At a Call Meeting of the City Council today
A motion was made, after a discussion, by CR Hillis to pass an ordinance to allow the Texas
Telephone Co. (North)to increase rates in accordance with schedules and approve Plan submitted by
Telephone Co. to change the system here to an automatic system. Rates to be in affect after
conversion of System.
