10-16-1944 (City Council) Minutes October 16, 1944
At a Meeting of the Council attended by all except E. Housewright, all minutes since 6/15/44
were read and approved.
A discussion of the night watch situation was given time, with several suggestions,
discussion postponed.
Street repair was ordered on Main(Ballard) Street; all of the Council to assist, have the work
done at once.
Council was open for suggestions.
Bills were read, approved, ordered paid by unanimous vote, as follows:

Santa Fe Water discussed, a motion was made to assess these as a regular citizen until a new
contract is made, secy was asked to write to Mr. Osborn,Ft. Worth, informing of the action of the
Council.
