04-11-1911 (City Council) Minutes Wylie Tex 4/11/11
The Town Council of the Town of Wylie meet in regular Session at city Hall
After roll call of officers the minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
Oath of office was administered to the following officers, HP Howery Marshal
Clem J. Gallagher Ald. Marion McDonald Ald. and Loyd Neilon Clerk.
Next was the reading of Bond of H P Howery and on motion and Seckoned the same was approved and
accepted.
On Motion& Seckoned.
A Vote of Thank was tendered Mr. GC Walter retiring Ald. for Good Service rendered as Ald.
On Motion& Seckoned
A Vote of Thank was tendered Mr. A. Brown retiring Marshal for Good Service rendered as Marshal
The following is a list of appointment by Mayor Baskett

Clem J. Gallagher Treasurer
L L Gant St. Committee
J.I. Blalock St Committee
C.J. Gallagher St Committee
Marion McDonald Finance Committee

On Motion& Seckoned Mayor Baskett was authorized to Instruct Marshal Howery to have
attend to at once
On Motion& Seckoned Mayor Baskett was Instructed to notify
To clean up all rubbish around T.B. Co Store at once
On Motion& Seckoned the clerk was instructed to issue Legal 10 Day notice to the following parties
Mrs. S S Bowman& D.D. Burns to repair Side Walk and if the Same was not repaired within 10 day they
would be turn out by Marshal Hewey.
With no other Business the meeting closed to meet in regular session in May
