The Town Council of the Town of Wylie met in Regular Session at First State Bank
After Ross call of officers the minutes of Previous meeting were read and approved
The Sidewalk question came up and it was agreed by motion & Seckoned that the city would
Stand our half the expense of putting lawn cement melt from South East corner of Hotel Neilon
to cotton Belt Right of Way.
By motion and 2nd Mayor Baskett appointed committee of namely JI Blalack, M. McDonald CJ
Gallagher & L Neilon to confer with owner of property along the walk to see if the Same
could not be put in at once
