02-07-1912 (City Council) Minutes Wylie Tex 2/7/12
The Town Councill of the Town of Wylie met in Reg Session at 1st State Bank
After Roll Call of officers the minutes of Previous meeting were read and approved
Report of Clem J Gallagher & H P Hewery were read and refered to Finance Committee
It was moved & Seckoned the First State Bank be remitted the Sum of$575 owed in Taxes.
This is provided the council has authority to do So. motion carried.
Moved & Seckoned that the Marshal H.P. Hewery be Instructed to Take out the walk between
T.B. Co and Winn & Co Store Building and put in good Substantial walk 16 ft wide and chg the
cost of same to the property business along said walk and same with Their Taxes

HP Howery 4% of Tax added 29.33

Wylie Telephone Co .60
With no other Business motion was in order to adjourn. Motion carried
