The Town Council of the Town of Wylie met in call Seccion at 1st North Bank
The purpose of the meeting was to consider the application of J.F Thafton ,
Maintain and opperate a Telephone & Telegraph Lite Electric Light Branch for a Term of 50
years.
The Following member of the council being present LA Powell, Lem F. Daniel
SM McDonald & JA Hammett
By a unanymous vote the same was was granted as ask for to be approved at First regular
meeting
