The Town Council of the Town of Wylie met in full Seccion at First Natl Bank
The purpose of wich was the Instalation of offices
After Roll Call the minutes of previous meeting were read & approved.
Bond of HP Howery was read and accepted.
The Oath of offices was administered by Mayor Gallagher to the following officers

The following appointments were made by Mayor Gallagher

No other Business the meeting closed to met on regular meeting night in May.
