The Town council of the Town of Wylie met in call Seccion at First State Bank the purpose of
meeting was to consider the Granting of Franchise To WT McDonald.
The Franchise hereto attached was read, Granted& accepted as read.
Also came before this meeting , Duncan & King and explained how they intended
to Erect a mule Garn north of Sante Fe Depot on Balard Ave.
On motion of SM McDonald & Seckoned by JA Hammett the council voted them the privilidge
to erect barn.
No other Business the meeting adjourned
