The Town Councill of the Town of Wylie met in Regular Seccion at First State Bank
After Roll Call of officers the minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Motion and Seckoned that the city attorney notify Santa Fe to put in crossing on First St.
Motion & Seckoned that city attorney notify JM Muse in regard to corn Sheller also notify
parties
Using the property where Mr. Creiary lives in regard to Barn on the East Side.
Motion. in regard to closing alley in McAdams Lumber Yard.
Motion & Seckoned that the council declare the Franchise granted Mr Thaxton for Telephone,
Telegraph & Electric Light plant. Null & Void for non compliance with contract Motion carried
Motion & Sec that notify Santa Fe to put in Drain Box on colledge St Just North of their Tracks.

The reports of JA Hammett Finance and HP Howery as Marshal were read and refered to
Finance committee
Mr Farley representing the Hiam Gussman & Co of Dallas. Requested the council to grant Aiad
Hiram Gussman & co, a Franchise to Erect, & maintain and opperate an Electric Light wire
through & for the Town of Wylie
A copy of Franchise hereto attached was read.
On motion and Seckoned the meeting was to pass on Franchise Tuesday
night April 7th.
Motion & Sec to allow Dr. Stopes to Build Shed between Living Barn & City Hall
Provided he cover with Tin and if enclosed to put & .
Not having heard from Light Franchise motion was in order to adjourn.
