04-07-1915 (City Council) Minutes Wylie Tex April 7th 1915
The town council of the Town of Wylie met in regular Seccion at co &
Store.
After roll call the minutes of previous meeting read and approved.
The clerk Instructed to have notice put in Rustler that the Trash wagon would Start beginning
Thursday April 15th and Marshall Instructed to git help and clean up the Town.
Marshall Howery was Instructed to put in crossing From T.B. Co's Store to the Bakery also put
in crossing from 1st Natl Bank to Hotel Neilon.
Marshall was Instructed to notify Mrs. JM Brown Dee Story & Jas Neilon to repair their
Sidewalks
After looking carefully over the Tally Sheet of Election held April 6th in Wylie Tue
Mayor Daniel proclaimed the following officers Duly Elected.
H.P. Howery Marshall 69 Votes
W H Brighton Alderman 98
S M McDonald 62
Loyd Neilon Clerk 117
The Marshall was Instructed to notify M C Cordell to move fence on north Side of his property
back on line as per agreement
The Marshall was Instructed to Sell large water Trough at Deep well to best advantage
The city attorney was Instructed to confer with Fire of Austin in regard to our
Fire Marshall
The city attorney was Instructed to notify agent at Cotton Belt to put in Side Walk from Clyde
Poll to Mrs. Kilgore property or give reason for not doing so.
The following acct was allowed.

And all offices Salaries.
