The was Just to have Notice of election printed in Wylie Rustler.
JW Neilon was appointed Judge of Said Election The purpose of wich was to Elect city
marshal City Clerk and (2) Two Alderman
The Clerk was Just to git up specifications for concrete Walk to cemetary and submit Same to
St committee before advertising for bid Through Wylie Rustler
