The Town Council of the Town of Wylie met in regular Seccion at Wylie Lumber Co's office
After the Roll call of officers the minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved
The report of ER Daniel as mayor was read and accepted
Next was the counting of Tally Sheet of Election held at city Hall April 3rd 1917
HP Howery received 52 Votes for Marshal.

Mayor Daniel thus proclaimed HP Howery Elected Marshal Jess Callaway, Clerk and WH
Brigham and CJ Marrs Alderman, and announced a call meeting for April 1 lth for theses offciers
to be Installed
Gio L Howery was appointed night watchman and officially Instructed
