The Town Council of the Town of Wylie met in regular session at the city hall after the roll call
of officers the minutes of last meeting was read and approved.
By authority of the mayor W.H. Brigham H.P. Howery and CB allen be appointed as a
committee to the Billingsly and Nichals trough
