09-07-1921 (City Council) Minutes Wylie Tex Sept 7-21,
Minutes of Reg Session of Town Council with the following members absent, CJ Marrs & CL
Hillis. Was moved & seconded that the town build walk from south line of Mr. Banks property
South to Santa fe Right of way and send Bill to owners of property. Motion carried. Was left to
Street Committee as to kind of walk to build. The Street Committee was Instructed to see about
the weeds on the Andy Burns lot and also Mrs. Scott's lot.. was moved and sec—that we have
520 Circulars and circulated calling on the Citizens to cut their weeds on their
premises. Motion carried to fix the walk across their right of way from Mrs. Mary Thompson
place to TC Burch place. No further Business council adjourned.
