RESOLUTION OF CITY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST ON
ZONING CHANGE FOR TRACT 3NA, ABST. 267, E. DAVIDSON SURVEY, 6.25 AC. IN NORTH-
WEST CORNER OF 25.844 AC. TRACT.
WHEREAS, The City Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Wylie held a Public
Hearing after proper notices were given to property owners upon a request by
Holland Hitch Company to grant a Zoning Change for Tract 3NA, Abst. 267, E.
Davidson Survey, 6.25 ac. in Northwest corner of 25.844 ac. Tract from I-1,
Light Industrial District to I-2 Heavy Industrial District; and,
WHEREAS, The City Planning & Zoning Commission considers that this request for
zoning change is not in conflict with the City of Wylie's Comprehensive Plan;
and,
WHEREAS, The property owners present at the hearing of April 12, 1978, had no
objections to this re-zoning.
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Planning & Zoning Commission of
the City of Wylie, Texas; in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan and in the
best interest of the public welfare of the City of Wylie, recommends to the City
Council of the City of Wylie, that Tract 3NA, Abst. 267, E. Davidson Survey,
6.25 ac. in Northwest Corner of 25.844 Ac. Tract be changed from I-1 Light
Industrial District to I-2 Heavy Industrial District.
