Resolution No. 1977-78 (4-2) RESOLUTION 1977-78 PLANNING & ZONING 4-2 RESOLUTION OF CITY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST ON ZONING CHANGE FOR ALL LOTS BLK, 1, ALL LOTS BLK. 2, AND ALL LOTS BLK. 3, (PRELIMINARY PLAT OF GETAWAY ESTATES) REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WESTWIND MEADOWS ADDITION. WHEREAS, The City Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Wylie held a Public Hearing upon request by Melvin Delaney to grant a Zoning Change for all Lots Blk. 1, all Lots Blk. 2, All Lots Blk. 3, Revised Preliminary Plat of Westwind Meadows Addition, from R-1300M, Single-Family Residential to R-900M, Single-Family Residential , and placing a Deed restriction of 1100 square foot minimum with double car garage; and, WHEREAS, The City Planning & Zoning Commission considers that this request for zoning change is not in conflict with the City of Wylie's Comprehensive Plan; and, WHEREAS, The property owners present at the hearing of April 6, 1978 had no objection to this re-zoning, and Deed restrictions. NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Wylie, Texas; in conformance with the Comprehensive Planning and in the best interest of the public welfare of the City of Wylie, recom- mends to the City Council of the City of Wylie that All Lots, Blk. 1, All Lots, Blk. 2, and All Lots Blk. 3, of Revised Preliminary Plat of Westwinds Meadows Addition be changed from R-1300M, Single-Family Residential District to R-900M Single-Family Residential District with Deed restrictions of 1100 square feet living space, with double-car garage be placed on these lots.
