Board of Directors Meeting

CALL TO ORDER
Announce the presence of a Quorum
President Marvin Fuller called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm. Board Members present were
Mitch Herzog, John Yeager and Todd Wintters.
WEDC staff present was Executive Director Sam Satterwhite and Sr. Assistant Angel Wygant.
CITIZEN PARTICIPATION
With no Citizen Participation, Mr. Fuller proceeded to Action Items.
ACTION ITEMS
ITEM NO. 1 — Consider and act upon approval of the November 20, 2015 Minutes of the
Wylie Economic Development Corporation (WEDC)Board of Directors Meeting.
MOTION: A motion was made by Todd Wintters and seconded by
Mitch Herzog to approve the November 20, 2015 Minutes of the Wylie
Economic Development Corporation as amended. The WEDC Board voted
4—FOR and 0—AGAINST in favor of the motion.
DISCUSSION ITEMS
ITEM NO. 2 — Update from staff regarding the remodeling of WEDC property located at
710 Business Way for the benefit of Mann Made,Inc.
Staff made an oral presentation regarding the remodeling of the property located at 710 Business
Way. Staff reported that electrical problems were identified by ONCOR early on and a
generator was acquired to prevent delays in the remodeling. The project is currently on schedule
and it is anticipated that Mann Made will begin moving on December 21,2015.
No action was requested by staff for this item.

Recessed into Closed Session at 5:07 p.m. in compliance with Section 551.001, et.seq. Texas

RECONVENE INTO OPEN MEETING
The WEDC Board of Directors reconvened into open session at 5:35 p.m. and took no action.
