CONSTRUCTION CODE BOARD

CALL TO ORDER
Board Chairman Jim Chaney called the meeting to order at 7:00 with the following Board members
present; Steve Repasky,Ronald Hauck,Frank Spingola, Elvia Clark, Scott Henry. Board member Chad
Tittle absent.
Staff members present were Johnny Bray, Building Official,Melanie Pinales-Doville, Code Board
Secretary.
CITIZENS PARTICIPATION
There were no citizens present for Citizens Participation.
INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION
1. Consider and act upon the approval of the Minutes from the March 29,2007 meeting.
Board Action
Board member Steve Reprasky made a motion to approve the minutes as submitted. Board member
Frank Spingola seconded the motion. A vote was taken and passed 6-0 with Board member Chad Tittle
absent.
DISCUSSION ITEMS
2. Discuss sidewalk replacement and/or repairs.
Board Discussion
The Board discussed in depth several different options to make recommendations to present to Council.
The Board requested Mr.Bray to research the following for the next scheduled meeting:
1. Determine a percentage of a shared program.
2. A time period for the homeowner's potion of the cost.
3. Financing program.
4. Consider a discount for Senior Citizens.
5. Percentage of the bonds to place sidewalks along the schools.
6. Take a suggested amount from the bond,replace the sidewalks based on criteria.

With no further business, Chairman Jim Chaney made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:20 p.m. The
motion was seconded by Elvia Clark. A vote was taken and passed 6-0 with Board m er Chad Tittle
