03-03-1909 (City Council) Minutes Wylie, Texas, March 3rd, 1909
The Wylie Town Council met in regular session on March 3rd '09 at
Gallagher's drugstore with all officers present.
After roll call minutes of previous meeting was read and adopted.
By motion & second an election was ordered to be held on Apr 6th for
purpose of electing one marshal, one clerk, and three aldermen.
The marshal was instructed by vote of the council to publish notice
warning delinquent tax payers.
The sect. was instructed to confer with Clarence Merit in regard to
collecting the taxes not paid. Report of A. Brown read and approved.
