The Town Council of the Town of Wylie met in regular seccion.
Meeting was call to order by Mayor Baskett. Roll call of officer, the
following were present. J. A. Harwell, L. L. Gant, J. A. Wilson, Cleur J.
Gallagher, Albt Brown.
Minutes of previous meeting read and adopted.
On hearing report of A. Brown in regard to the side walk of our town.
Motion was made and passed that the following parties be given the Legal 30 day
notice to appear before the council and show cause why there side walk should
not be repaired. Jas W. McDonald, C. M. Bishop, & D. L. Long, Stamford, Tex.
The following parties were to be given the Legal 10 day notice. Santa Fe
R. R., Mrs. J G. B. Philip, Mrs. Williams, Geo Rodgers.
Marshal Brown was instructed to see that the Fire Mach. was gathered up
and put together ready for use.
The following acct. were allowed.

Equalization Board 16.80
No other business, the meeting closed.
