12-01-1909 (City Council) Minutes Dec 1st— 1909
The Town council of the Town of Wylie met in regular seccion.
The meeting call to order by Mayor Baskett. The following members were
present. L. L. Gant, J. A. Wilson, J. A. Harwell, Clem J. Gallagher.
The minutes of previous meeting was read and approved.
A motion was made and passed that the following parties namely J. W.
McDonald & Chas M. Bishop be given the Legal 30 day notice to appear before
the Council and give cause why there side walk should not be repaired.
Report of Albt Brown refered to Finance committee.
The Following acct were allowed.

J. B. Baskett 12.50
Clem J. Gallagher, old salary, 4.00 Texas sal. 5.00 9.00
L. L. Gant, salary 4.00
J. A. Wilson, salary 4.00
