The Town Council of the Town of Wylie met in call seccion at First State Bank.
The purpose of which was to reorganize the fire company.
By motion and seckend Mr. McDonald was authorized to act as Secretary for said
meeting.
It was moved & Seckend that the fire company be suspended, motion lost.
It was moved and seckend the Fire Company be reorganized. Motion Carried.
It was moved and seckend that Clem Gallagher be appointed as Chairman to organized
Fire Company. Motion Carried.
It was moved and seckend that each member of the Fire Company be paid the sum of
$.50 per month for his services,this amt payable quarterly, motion carried.
With no other business, it was moved and seckend that we adjourn. Motion carried.
