03-06-1912 (City Council) Minutes Wylie Tex 3/6/12
The Town Council of the Town of Wylie, met in regular session at the First Natl. Bank.
After roll call of officers the minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
Report of Clem J. Gallagher as Treasurer was read and accepted.
Marshal H. P. Howery was instructed to repair walks along the property belonging to the
Christian & Catholic Churches.
The clerk was instructed to notify the following parties to appear before the next regular
council meeting and show cause of any why they should not repair the walk along the
property belonging to them in Wylie Tex. D. A. Young, Wilkerson, &El L.
Duncan.
The clerk was instructed also to write Mr. Hutchins of the Cotton Belt in regard to putting
in crossing on Elliot St.
Marshal Howery was instructed to furnish the clerk with list of delinquent taxes, the clerk
being instructed to notify parties of said list that if same is not paid at once, the city will
enter suit to collect same.
