05-01-1912 (City Council) Minutes May l st 1912 The Town Council of the Town of Wylie met in reg seccion at First Natl Bank. After roll call of officers the minutes of previous meeting were read and approved. Mayor Gallagher appointed the St Committee to investigate Love&Walters Hog pen and report on same. Report of Clem J. Gallagher as Treasurer was read and refered to Finance committee. The following a/c were allowed H. P. Howery, salary 25.00 Jas Neilon, holding election 10.00 By motion & sick Lou F Daniel was appointed by the council to serve as alderman the unexpired term of Clem J. Gallagher. By motion & seck it was greed to have small closet built for Mrs. Gully. Also served with same 1 peck of The clerk was instructed to notify the following parties to appear before the next regular meeting and give cause if any why they should not repair their sidewalks. Mrs. F. M. Cain, M. E. Andrew, Dr. I. L. Maxwell. The bond of Clem J. Gallagher as Mayor was read and accepted. The bond of J. A. Hammett as Treasure was read and accepted.
