09-05-1912 (City Council) Minutes Wylie Tex 9/5/12
The Town Council of the Town of Wylie met in regular seccion at First State Bank. After
roll call of officers the minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
It was moved & 2"a the act of the council in regard to putting in crossing on Elliott St be
recended. Motion carried.
It was moved and 2"a that the council accept the proposition of the G. C. & S Fe R Road
and secure contract for putting in concret walk. Motion carried.
It was moved & 2"a that the report of Finance Committee in regard to the tax roll be
accepted.
The clerk was instructed to notify the following parties to appear before the next meeting
and give cause if any why they should not repair their sidewalk.
Dr. T. O. Stappes, walk at stable
Dee Story
Mrs. Mat Brown, walk out at Tower
Mrs. Mat Brown, walk old residence
Marshal Howery was instructed collect pay for cinder walk from parties owning lots from
old Post Office Building to Livery Stable.
