12-04-1912 (City Council) Minutes Wylie Tex 12/4/12
The Town Council of the Town of Wylie met in regular seccion at the First State Bank.
After roll call of officers the minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
The Marshall was instructed to collect the full amount of$2.50 from street
instead of One dollar as heretofore.
Moved & sickened that we chg Walter Green 1.00 for Hall Rent on each show day or
night.
Clerk was instructed to notify B. R. Park in regard to delinquent tax due the city.
Moved & seckend that we discontinue the Marshal office after the present term expires.
The clerk was instructed to notify the following parties to repair their sidewalk . Cotton
Belt to repair crossing on Oak& Jefferson St. Santa Fe on South side of Oak St. A. G.
McAdams & Co. — South side of Oak ST. Santa Fe on east side of Jackson St. H.
Christianson- west side of Ballard Ave. Mrs. Mat Brown—west side of Second St. Also
notify agent at Santa Fe that the corn shelter on their right of way was condemned by
council and for him to have the same repaired or torn down at once.
Also notify R. Housewright to repair or remove his barn north of Oak St.
Also notify parties owning Rolodes property to repair or remove shed on same.
Also notify parties owning King property to repair or remove shed on same.
