09-04-1913 (City Council) Minutes Wylie Tex 9/4/13 The Town Council of the Town of Wylie met in regular seccion at First Natl. Bank. After the roll call of officers the minutes of the previous meetings were read and adopted. The crossing at Mrs. Mat Brown& J. A. Hammett were left in hands of St. Committee to be repaired. The clerk was instructed to have notice put in Rustler, in regard to leading cows on or across concrete walk where there is no public crossing also the riding of Bicycles & Motor cycles on walk. The clerk was instructed to notify J. M. Muse of back taxes due city on corn shelter located on Santa Fe. Motion sec that the building of pavilion cemetery be left to St. committee. Motion lost. By motion & sec. It was agree the council as a body go and view the ground at 8:30 oclock Sept 5th and pass on building the pavilion. Motion & sec that concrete crossing be put in from Mr. Cain's property to Mr. Neilon's. From Fred Duncan's property to H. R. Wier residence. From Fred Duncan propery to Mrs. Steece.
