05-06-1914 (City Council) Minutes Wylie, Texas May 6th 1914 The Town Council of the Town of Wylie met in regular seccion at H. Ham Hdw. Store. After the roll call of officers the minutes of previous meeting were read and approved. Finance Committee reported the report of J. A. Hammett as Treasure ok. The clerk was instructed to notify City Marshall to make up list of unpaid taxes and turn over to W. F. Duncan for collection. The clerk was instructed to notify Farmers Gin Co. to drain water from under seed house and clear up rotten seed around same. The clerk was instructed to pay Mr. Maden for crossing between Pott&Neilon when the wing on Ballard Ave were completely. The board of H. W. Lawrence was read and accepted. The clerk was instructed to put a new pulley & bucket on well at Rustler office. By motion & seckend it was agreed to refund Loyd Neilon&Lou Daniel $3.00 each St. tax for lighting lamp on Street. The following acct were allowed T. B. Co. 6.20 Daniel Bros. 500 No other notion was in order to adjourn. Loyd Neilon, Clerk
