The Town Council of the Town of Wylie met in regular session at the City Hall. After
roll call of officers the minutes of the previous meeting was read and approved.
Motion 2"a motion carried that the Mayor advertise through the Rustler for the City's
mowing machine.
Motion 2"a motion carried that street committee measure the distance of a certain walk
and settle for same to H. M. Minnis.
Motion 2"a motion carried that city attorney explain to the Ladies of the Civic Club the
law on the hog nuisance of the town.
Motion 2"a motion carried all files be allowed including W. H. Ruckers side walk bill the
amount unknown at time of this meeting.
Motion 2"a motion carried that the City Marshall bond be approved.
Account of bad cloud in northwest motion was in order to adjourn.
