02-06-1918 (City Council) Minutes Feb 6 - 1918
The Town Council of the Town of Wylie met in regular session in rear of City Gro.
Store. After the roll call of officers the minutes of last meeting was read and approved.
Motion & 2 that Geo. Howery be allowed to fence the south end of 5th Str for the purpose
of pasturing his cow temporarily. Motion carried.
Motion & 2 City Marshall hire men and teams and do ditching and fill in square on Oak
and Ballard Ave. Motion carried.
Motion & 2 Mayor Daniel be appointed as a committee of one to see Mr. Wilcox
telephone man in regard to getting better telephone service. Motion carried.
Motion & 2 Jess Calloway be appointed as night watchman. Motion carried.
No other business motion was in order to close.
