09-20-1922 (City Council) Minutes Sept 20, 1922
Town Council met in called session on above date to discuss with Mr. O'Neal of The
O'Neal Engineering Co. of Dallas, the subject of water system for Wylie. During the
discussion the entire council signified that they were in favor of putting in the system.
Mr. O'Neal read a contract that he had prepared but was decided to wait till the regular
meeting in October before taking any action on it.
Mr. O'Neal was requested to have a seal made for Wylie and bring with him when he met
with us again. All members of the council was present except the Marshall.
No other business, council adjourned.
